Yeah sometimes you just can't worry too much. Even if we did fail at the end, so what, life goes on.
Live your life the way you want it to be. You should try stepping outta your comfort zone, discover the real you. Do some travelling with friends, see the world etc, just feel the world around you and you'd be amazed how insignificant our own little problems are. half melting....diaos...
btw, personally i like to use tmr or tml haha.

Yeah true that one should learn when to take a break. When too much is going on, and you're emotionally vulnerable/unstable/under stress, your mind just stops functioning, this is when you should take a break from all the thinking that gets you nowhere. When you've calmed your mind and is ready to tackle the problem with a positive attitude, then you may learn to look at the problem from different perspectives and stay focus on solving the problem.Having said that, what I meant by "don't think too much" is not so much about running away from the problem, but more of stopping yourself from thinking/worrying unnecessarily - as they tend to make you feel worse and lost, while you aren't actually achieving anything.
I believe the key to positivity is to understand yourself, and work within your circle of influence. Too often people feel lost or depressed as they keep on striving to do things that are beyond their control.
